    Refund/Exchange:

    -Available within seven (7) days from date of invoice.
  • -Unopened merchandise in the original package qualifies for 100% refund.
  • -Opened items subject to minimum restocking fee of 20%, unless a DOA item.
  • -Special order items and software are non-refundable.
  • -Original invoice required.
  • -Refund check issued from Corporate Headquarters within two (2) weeks of return.
  • -CREDIT is issued at the store.


  • Limited Warranty:

    · Seller warrants that this/these item(s) is/are free from defective material and workmanship and, subject to the condition set forth herein, agree to repair or replacement in accordance with manufacture's warranties from the date of original retail purchase without charge for parts and/or labor.
    · This warranty is limited to the original purchase and is not transferable.
    · Proof of purchase is required to substantiate date of purchase and must be original bill-of-sale receipt containing name and address of purchaser, and serial number of products purchased.
    · The products shall not have been previously altered, repaired or serviced by anyone other than an authorized serviced.
    · Serial numbers shall not have been altered or removed.
    · The products shall not have been subject to accident, misuse or operated contrary to the instructions contained in accompanying manuals.

    Seller shall not be liable for direct, indirect, consequential or other types of damage resulting from the use of any products. These warranties are in lieu of other warranties, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damage, so the above exclusion or limitations may not apply to you.
